We’ve built balconies in all shapes and sizes, from simple to complex, always in-keeping with the character of the building.
We have numerous balcony projects under our belt. Ranging from the small Juliet balcony as demonstrated in the photo to the left, to much larger balconies extending as a patio, or connecting upper and lower levels along with custom staircases.
Whenever undertaking projects of this scale safety and security is among our primary considerations. We always consult with architects and/or structural engineers to ensure that our structures conform to all current safety codes and regulations. We also must ensure that the load bearing capacity is well above requirement, and that the fixings and materials are fit for purpose.
